Banner Advertising Rates

If you or your company wish to advertise in the Strata/Condominium Pages using our Banner Ad Program please click on the link below to complete the order form and send us your ad in either "gif" or "jpeg" format.

Specific details are as follows for proper banner image supplied, no ad performance

Municipal Banner Ad:

• Ideal for professionals/trades/services operating in specific municipal areas such as Greater Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, BC, Sydney, Australia or Auckland, New Zealand, Cariboo area or the Okanagan.
• Annual fee of $600 for top bar, $400 for side bar.
  
  

Provincial/State/Territory Ad:

• Ideal for individuals or corporations offering province/territory/state wide services or products such as law firms, engineering firms, suppliers of building products. Your banner would show on Provincial and Municipal pages.
• Annual fee $800 for top bar, $600 for side bar.
  
  

National Banner Ad:

• Ideal for major financial institutions, national Law firms, Insurance corporations. Your Banner Ad Program would show on Municipal, Provincial and National Pages.
• Annual fee $1,200 for top bar, $1,000 for side bar.
  
  

Graphic Design and Tracking

• Graphics can be designed for an additional fee of $150 CDN.
• Ad performance tracking can be set up for an additional fee of $100 CDN. All ads are for a year period and renewable on a year to year basis.

Web Page Condominium News (WPCN) Inc. is an independent company. To maintain the integrity of WPCN as a global resource and service centre it is important that we remain totally unbiased in our provision of services. In this regard we are not able to accept requests for advertising from condominium developers or managers. Unit owners in participating developments who are selling their own unit may have their Real Estate Sales/Leasing Professional list their property in the for sale/lease section on the Resource Page.
