Help Topic: New Login System in Place

If you haven't been on the WPCN Web Page Condominium News ^TM site for a while, welcome back! There have been a lot of changes done to the site structure and layout in order to make it the best experience possible for all of our users. One of the things that has changed is how members log into the system.

Before the site update there was a single point of access to the login form, a link in the sidebar called "Members Login". This showed on the sidebar whether you were logged in or not, and required you to leave your current page and then return to it once you were logged in. With the recent changes to the website we've made great strides towards making the login process as easy and as transparent as possible throughout the entire website.

At the top left of every page on the site is a block that you can use to see instantly whether you're logged in or not, and to access your Strata, Condominium or Unit Title's homepage. When you're not logged in it shows the form to do so, along with a link to the Password Reminder page.

When you are logged in this block changes to show your current status, along with a notification area of any recent changes on your homepage, and a link directly to the homepage itself.

By having this reserved block on every page, you have the freedom of logging in whenever you want.

If you clicked on the "auto-login" link in your email and are seeing this page, it means that the email was sent before the changes to the website were completed. Please use the "Sign Up/Forgot Password" link to have a new Password Reminder email sent to your address, with an updated auto-login link.
