Accessibility to various documents by homeowners and real estate sales personnel, and the storage and retrieval of official condominium documents has always been a labour intensive and costly undertaking for condominium developments. As statutes pertaining to the operation of condominium developments become more stringent the associated costs escalate.
Recognizing the need for a more effective, efficient and economic means of managing condominium affairs and to comply with document requirements, WPCN was launched to assist condominium developments on a global basis. WPCN is the first and only service on the Internet to provide this full resource centre.

To further simplify the operation of your development we have created the Minute Builder Wizard TM. This system removes the confusion from recording and creating minutes of meetings. It is a menu-driven format that allows an individual to simply click on and complete minutes in record time. The minutes upon completion are then automatically entered into your electronic filing cabinet in chronological order where any homeowner in your development may print them out at their convenience.
ACCESSIBILITY TO RESTRICTED AREA
In order for all the homeowners in your development to have access to the restricted resources a unique password is provided to each homeowner via e-mail. Each development has a tiered security system allowing different levels of access as may be required for the homeowners, strata council, property manager and principal of the management company.
HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
If your development is not already listed on the Web Page Condominium News, you're missing out on an incredible resource and significant benefits for your members! Fortunately, there are many ways to get your strata or condominium corporation listed in these pages.
- Self-managed Strata/Condominium/Co-op developments may contact us for inclusion in the Resource Page and for use of the Minute Builder Wizard, document, record, storage and retrieval systems, bulletin board and classified ads.
- If your development changes Management Companies, all your on-line records and documents will still be at the same WPCN online location if you subscribe to WPCN.
- Stratas or Condominiums now professionally managed may wish to request their management company list their development to gain access to these valuable features.
- Management companies are invited to register one or all of their condominium clients for the full range of services

- Under 25 units – Total cost of $150.00 per year plus GST
- 26-50 units - Total cost of $250.00 per year plus GST
- 51-75 units - Total cost of $300.00 per year plus GST
- 76-100 units - Total cost of $400.00 per year plus GST
- Over 100 units - Total cost of $600.00 per year plus GST
