• Self-managed Strata/Condominium/Co-op developments may contact us for inclusion in the Resource Page and for use of the Minute Builder Wizard, document, record, storage and retrieval systems, bulletin board and classified ads.
• If your development changes Management Companies, all your on-line records and documents will still be at the same WPCN online location if you subscribe to WPCN.
• Stratas or Condominiums now professionally managed may wish to request their management company list their development to gain access to these valuable features.
• Management companies are invited to register one or all of their condominium clients for the full range of services
• Price Structure:
  • Under 25 units – Total cost of $150.00 per year plus GST
  • 26-50 units - Total cost of $250.00 per year plus GST
  • 51-75 units - Total cost of $300.00 per year plus GST
  • 76-100 units - Total cost of $400.00 per year plus GST
  • Over 100 units - Total cost of $600.00 per year plus GST
